Active principles

FISH OIL

Omega 3s belong to the lipid family. They consist mainly of polyunsaturated fatty acids derived from a basic component, linoleic acid. Omega 3 cannot be synthesized by the body and therefore must be ingested from the diet. Fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel, shrimps, anchovies are the main sources of Omega-3 and represent the most qualitative part of fish oil. Even some vegetables such as walnuts and flax seeds contain omega 3 derived from alpha-linolenic acid. OMEGA 3s contribute to normal cardiac functions, have beneficial effects in dyslipidemia (high triglycerides), help maintain normal blood pressure and represent a valid tool against arteriosclerotic processes. They support normal cognitive functions and help concentration. They also regulate the inflammatory response by preventing the harmful effects of cytokines. They ultimately contribute to normal vision.
